Overview
The Customer Account Advisor(CAA) is primarily responsible for the collection of delinquent lease agreements. We are seeking an individual with a background in collections. Although experience is preferred, we will consider those with a customer service background that have a conflict management background.
This person must be motivated with high energy. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in customer service and account management. As a Customer Account Advisor, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that retain customers and drive business growth. This position requires a blend of analytical thinking, leadership capabilities, and market knowledge to effectively support our customers and enhance their experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through informative and effective communication.
- Maintain updated customer information in the store computer system and document all customer payment appointments.
- Make contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s). This includes meeting some customers at the home.
- Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals
Qualifications
- Experience in collections or account management.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Demonstrated abilities, with a focus on driving results through teamwork.
- A professional, respectful and proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Have a current and valid Florida driver's license,
- A good driving record.
- Must pass a background check.
