Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessionals for the 2026–2027 school year in Bailey, CO. This full-time role supports teachers and students in a structured school environment, with a focus on academic assistance, behavioral support, and helping students achieve their Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
Work Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay rate: $22–$26/hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers with classroom instruction and daily learning activities
Provide one-on-one and small group academic support to students

Maintain a structured, safe, and positive learning environment
Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and school staff
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
