World Renown Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery Practice seeking assertive, self-motivated, organized, poised, Licensed Master Esthetician with an amazing go-getter attitude! The ideal candidate would have experience in plastic surgery, medical spa, day spa/salon or at a medical office setting. Esthetician Duties and Responsibilities
***MUST have experience with POST SURGICAL LYMPHATIC MASSAGES***
Evaluate clients skin condition and offer appropriate treatment recommendations
Knowledge of skin care products and be able to recommend skincare products to all clients and is committed to upselling
Perform all post operative treatments recommended by the surgeon for surgical and cosmetic clients
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Maintain client confidentiality(see a lot of VIPS)
Perform Lymphatic massage, facials, peels, waxing, Zimmer acoustic Therapy
Esthetician Skills and Qualifications
Must hold a valid/current Esthetician License for state of CA
Must have 1-2 years experience in a med spa, plastic surgeon or cosmetic practice
Great communication skills and understanding of clients needs
Have good time management skills
Must be comfortable with selling products and promoting all other services provided within the practice
Can perform Lymphatic massage, facials, peels, waxing, Zimmer acoustic Therapy
The employee is responsible for any fees, additional training and/or renewals needed as a requirement
Flexibility regarding work hours; ability to work nights, do home visits (as needed) and possible Saturdays
Flexible and adaptable to clients needs
Consistent and reliable attendance
Promote a professional, respectful, fun and gossip free environment for clients and employees
Work closely with other team members to ensure excellent customer service and goal achievement
Be on time and ready to work all shifts
Act professionally, ethically and with integrity at all times, inside and outside the office
Willingness to maintain an updated social media account for promotion of services
Help maintain clean and safe sales and stock areas
Ensure compliance with all Company and Retailer policies and procedures
