Position Overview
The Advertising and Marketing Associate (AMA) is a salaried, on-site position with responsibility for creating and maintaining advertising content, as well as product support materials.
This position requires hands-on involvement in all stages of original marketing material creation, both printed and electronic. The AMA will work with the Management team and/or outside resources to develop advertising concepts, create or edit original design content, and oversee its production and deployment. These efforts will be in support of website content, social media content and campaigns, printed advertising materials, as well as trade show materials. The AMA will work in close coordination with Lifetime’s sales personnel, particularly the Inside Sales Manager, to fulfill their needs and incorporate their input into marketing materials & marketing campaigns.
The Advertising and Marketing Associate will report to the President and will work out of company headquarters in Winchester, VA.
Desired Core Competencies
· Demonstrated ability to create and edit files in Adobe Illustrator.
· Demonstrated ability to oversee maintenance and upgrades of a Word Press website.
· Demonstrated ability to update social media postings and report monthly performance.
· Ability to design original advertising and training materials.
· Ability to use Excel spreadsheets.
Experience
· Minimum 3 years’ experience working in advertising and marketing, preferably for a manufacturing company.
· Experience in the building products industry is preferred. Lacking this experience, the candidate must be able to grasp the concepts and product knowledge associated with the roofing industry.
· Solid, continuous work history demonstrating responsibilities and successes.
Salary and Compensation
· Salary: $65,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience and proven skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
