Premier Impact Windows & Roofing is seeking an experienced and motivated Canvass Team Lead / Manager to build, train, and lead a high-performing neighborhood marketing team throughout South Florida.

Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage canvassing representatives.
- Lead daily team meetings and field training sessions.
- Develop canvassing territories and assign routes.
- Monitor team performance and ensure goals are achieved.
- Conduct ride-alongs and provide coaching in the field.
- Track appointments, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.
- Motivate team members through contests, incentives, and accountability.
- Work closely with company leadership to grow the canvassing department.

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous door-to-door canvassing, home improvement, solar, roofing, or window sales experience preferred.
- Prior experience managing or leading a canvassing team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to recruit, train, and retain top talent.
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for team development.
