Overview Fabrication & Quality Control Technician (Entry Level)
Starting Pay: $22.00 per Hour
Higher compensation may be available for candidates with relevant glass, manufacturing, fabrication, or quality control experience.
Denver Glass Interiors (DGI) is seeking a motivated individual to join our fabrication team. This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn glass fabrication processes, machine operation, and quality control procedures while building a long-term career in the glass industry.
This position places a strong emphasis on quality control and attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying measurements, inspecting finished products, and identifying defects before materials leave our facility.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Verify glass sizes, hole locations, and fabrication details against production paperwork
- Inspect finished glass products for scratches, chips, defects, and quality concerns
- Assist with fabrication, handling, packaging, and loading of glass products
- Learn to operate glass fabrication machinery and equipment
- Maintain accurate quality control records
- Help ensure products meet company and customer quality standards before shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Ability to lift and move materials safely
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities
