Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Overview:
A growing seller and rebuilder of new and used commercial/industrial laundry equipment is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician. While experience in the laundry industry is not required, the ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of machinery, troubleshooting, and reading electrical schematics.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair on various machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues efficiently.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics to ensure proper repairs and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts orders, inventory, and service/tenant follow-ups.
- Use power tools to complete tasks safely and effectively.
- Operate a forklift (if applicable, but not required).
Requirements:
- Strong electrical and mechanical background.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical issues with mechanical equipment.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow electrical schematics.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- High-energy and able to perform well in a busy, multi-tasking environment.
- A caring attitude and pride in your work.
- Good organizational skills for record keeping.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to drive a forklift (not required but a plus).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%).

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday/weekends while on the road
- Occasional holiday shifts may be required.
Compensation:
- Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Location:
- Multiple locations in Indianapolis, IN.
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute or relocate to the area before starting work.
