Job Title: Packager - Weekend Shift

We are seeking qualified candidates available to work on the following days and times:
· WEEKEND SHIFT: FRIDAY – SUNDAY, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
JOB SUMMARY
The Packager will be responsible for inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Needs to be familiar with using metrology tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gages. Maintain accurate counts of parts and record the data. Able to tap and chase threads. Package material to meet customer specifications per customer supplied information and standard packaging instructions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Pack, weigh and label completed items for shipment or storage· Identify and dispose of defective items before they are shipped to customers· Recording data & quantities used on workorders to maintain system accuracy· Storing finished goods pallets in warehouse racking while awaiting demand· Operate hand tools and equipment to fabricate and assemble productsMINIMUM REQUIREMENTS· High School Diploma or equivalent· Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions· Follow all safety guidelines and processes (SOP)· Possess minimum math skills· Able to lift 55 lbs. consistently
