We're looking for an experienced Kia Expert Technician who wants to join a growing team and take advantage of a modern facility, new equipment, and a compensation structure that rewards productivity.
As a Kia Expert Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain Kia vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional service.
You'll work with modern diagnostic equipment and manufacturer resources while being part of a growing Service Department.
Technicians are rewarded for production with a bonus paid at time and one-half (1.5x) their applicable flat-rate pay on qualifying production above the applicable objective.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Perform Kia-specific diagnostics and repairs
- Complete maintenance and repair work according to manufacturer specifications
- Perform inspections and identify additional repair needs
- Maintain accurate repair documentation
- Communicate repair findings with Service Advisors
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow Kia, dealership, and safety procedures
