Moda Organic Salon & Spa is looking for a friendly, organized, and service-driven Receptionist to join our growing team.

As the first and last person our guests interact with, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional salon experience. Your professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail will help ensure every guest feels welcomed, valued, and excited to return.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Schedule appointments, answer phones, and respond to client inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Manage the daily appointment book to maximize stylist productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Check guests in and out while accurately processing payments and future bookings.
- Recommend professional retail products and educate guests on salon and spa services.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment details.
- Keep the front desk, retail displays, and reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Support the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or salon experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Comfortable learning salon scheduling software and point-of-sale systems.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused.
