Compensation: Up to $120,000 base + UNCAPPED commission.

What You’ll Be Hunting:

Architects, designers, builders, and distributors across Southern California.

New project opportunities and untapped accounts.

Competitive takeaways from outdated or inferior systems.
You will own the territory and be expected to build pipelines, create demand, and close deals.
What You’ll Do (No Fluff):

Prospect relentlessly and open new accounts.

Drive face-to-face meetings, jobsite visits, and product demos.

Convert specs, quotes, and conversations into signed orders.

Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business.

Track activity and results using CRM tools.

Collaborate with operations to deliver on promises and keep customers loyal.

What We’re Looking For:

1+ years of outside sales experience in building materials, doors, hardware, or architectural products.

Proven ability to open new accounts and close business.

Comfortable calling on architects, builders, and distributors.

Highly self-motivated, competitive, and disciplined.

Organized, CRM-driven, and results-focused.

Willing to be on the road across Southern California.
