Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic parts and accessory sales associate to join our powersports retail team. The ideal candidate must have a keen ability to drive sales through effective communication and product knowledge. As a parts and accessory sales associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while contributing to the overall success of the store.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly in person or via phone and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
- Operate the point of sale efficiently, handling cash transactions and processing other payments accurately.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance sales opportunities and promote additional products.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
- Assist customers with inquiries, providing knowledgeable answers about products and services.
- Handle cash responsibly, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Receiving all P&A orders and shipments in an organized manner and preparing out-going shipments for pick-up.
- Inventory management, organization and cycle counts.
Experience
- Previous experience in powersports, parts, retail sales and customer service is strongly preffered.
- Familiarity with point of sale operations and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers effectively.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about products and improving sales techniques is highly valued.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
