Full-Time Maintenance Technician – Residential Property Management

Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks across our residential properties. This includes unit turns, general repairs, and preventative maintenance to ensure our communities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Perform general maintenance including drywall repair, painting, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and minor roof repairs
- Prepare vacant units for new residents (turns)
- Assist with seasonal maintenance and outdoor upkeep
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed
- HVAC knowledge is a plus (but not required)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property maintenance or similar field
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across multiple trades
- Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be available for occasional overtime
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $22–$26/hour (based on experience)
