West Valley Cleanup Alliance is the prime contractor selected by the U.S. Department of Energy to manage the Phase 1B Deactivation & Demolition Contract at the West Valley Demonstration Project site. The site is a scenic 30-minute drive south of Buffalo, New York. In cooperation with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority, WVCA continues to decontaminate and decommission facilities at this site.

Job Summary / Purpose of Position
The Contract Administrator will monitor activities related to assigned contracts, act as a liaison between departments, and ensure compliance with contract terms. Responsibilities include maintaining the Prime Contract and status logs, assisting with contract interpretation, reviewing deliverables, and communicating with the Department of Energy Contracting Officer.
Minimum Qualifications
Education / Experience
Grade 30:
-
BA/BS in Business Administration, Engineering, or Management

Minimum of two (2) years of related progressive experience

Equivalent education and experience may be considered
Grade 31:
-
BA/BS in Business Administration, Engineering, or Management

Minimum of four (4) years of related progressive experience

Equivalent education and experience may be considered
Licenses / Certifications:
National Contract Management Association certification preferred
Other Requirements:
