Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Breakfast and Lobby Supervisor to lead our morning breakfast services and guest reception areas. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the preparation and presentation of breakfast offerings, manage front-of-house operations, and ensure an exceptional experience for all guests. Hours are 4:30 am to 12pm weekdays and 6am to 1pm on weekends We are looking for very friendly customer service drive Supervisor to lead this team To improve our dismal scores we have been recieving lately in this department . A very good team needing a great supervisor. Cleaning and food prep will be two of the main responsibilities . Early arrival and reliability and able to lead a team in a positive way to affect change that is needed
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily breakfast service operations, including food preparation, presentation, and timely delivery to guests.
- Oversee lobby and guest reception areas, ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient environment.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures.
- cleaning of lobby and banquet areas
- Control inventory levels of food supplies and restaurant materials through effective stock management practices.
- Lead shift management by coordinating team efforts during busy hours while maintaining high service standards.
- Support catering events or banquet services as needed, ensuring quality food production and customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation, kitchen management, or hospitality supervision within quick service or fast food environments.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing hospitality teams in casual dining or hotel settings with a focus on customer service excellence..
- Experience in food safety management, inventory control, and food production processes.
- Background in supervising staff training programs and managing restaurant or food service operations effectively.
- Prior experience with shift management in a busy restaurant or hotel environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of culinary techniques related to breakfast service, including cooking methods for diverse menu items.
