Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse.
- Support shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against orders, preparing items for dispatch, and maintaining detailed inbound/outbound logs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy and assist with cycle counts using mechanical knowledge and inventory management tools.
- Assist in packaging products securely for shipment while ensuring order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or warehouse management roles with a focus on inventory management and materials handling.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, load & unload operations, and manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while following manual handling procedures and safety regulations.
- Construction or industrial experience is a plus for understanding heavy equipment operation and mechanical systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock accuracy.

Pay: $23.75 - $28.60 per hour
