Job description:
About Us:
We are a landscape company focused on quality, efficiency, and innovation. Our mission is to deliver exceptional service while building a strong internal culture that rewards high performers. We're launching a new in-house training program — The Academy — to improve staff competency and efficiency, and we’re hiring someone to help us build it from the ground up.
This position is perfect for either a detail-oriented retiree looking for a hands-on, purpose-driven project, or a younger professional with accounting or administrative experience who enjoys building systems and working with teams. If you enjoy organizing, documenting, and helping others succeed, we want to talk to you!
Position Summary:
The Training Systems Coordinator will work alongside the company’s leadership and crews to help design, document, and deliver job training systems for all company divisions — Maintenance, Landscaping, and Irrigation.
You’ll be responsible for gathering and organizing information, taking photos and videos of fieldwork, writing training steps, and helping create study guides, tests, and schedules. You won’t be teaching directly, but you’ll make it possible for others to train efficiently and consistently.
This position can be full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate’s availability and skillset. We are happy to discuss a schedule that works for both of us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with team leads and tech staff to develop written instructions, checklists, and training materials.
- Take photos and videos of real crews performing work in the field.
- Help organize and schedule training shoots, test sessions, and calendar events in Aspire.
- Build and maintain training materials (digital and physical) with input from team leads.

- Support in administering written and practical tests for field crew members.
- Observe fieldwork weekly to ensure training material stays current and useful.
- Will need to travel to different worksites within the Fort Worth area.
Ideal Candidate Has:
- A college degree or it's currently studying towards a degree
- Willing to share previous employers' references
- Fully Bilingual in English&Spanish
- Experience in organizing processes, systems, or documentation (e.g., admin, accounting, operations).
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Comfortable working with digital tools, smartphones, and basic office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A willingness to learn about landscaping work — no field experience required.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively with field teams.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to commute to our office and job sites.
