Role Description
We are seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented, proactive, and forward-thinking Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
This role serves as a key point of contact for customers while also providing essential support to the sales team through order coordination, quote follow-up, product information, account maintenance, and timely communication.
The ideal candidate anticipates customer and business needs, identifies opportunities to improve service and support processes, and takes initiative to help strengthen customer relationships, support retention, and contribute to sales growth.
*Salary Dependent on Experience*
Key Responsibilities
· Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders and service needs
· Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
· Process orders, quotes, complaints and account updates accurately and efficiently
· Support sales team with customer follow-up, product information and account coordination
· Maintain accurate customer records and communicate effectively across internal teams
· Proactively identify service improvements and escalate complex issues when needed
Qualifications
· Work Experience: 1 to 3+ years of customer service work experience preferred
· Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
· Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
· Positive attitude and professional demeanor
· Ability to handle difficult customer conversations calmly and professionally
