Duties

- Perform specialized treatments such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and hair threading to enhance client satisfaction
- Apply color theory principles to achieve desired shades and effects, utilizing various coloring techniques
- Use salon software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail management
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations and salon policies
- Offer expert advice on hair care routines, retail products, and upselling opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling retail sales
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license with comprehensive knowledge of hair styling techniques
- Experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
- Proficiency in salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and store management
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a safe environment
- Ability to perform hair straight razor cuts and advanced styling techniques confidently
- Demonstrated skills in retail math, upselling, and customer service to foster client loyalty and business growth
