Assignment Dates: August 17, 2026 – October 11, 2026
Schedule: Evening/Mid Shift | 36–48 hours per week (3x12s)
As a Travel Paramedic, you'll provide advanced emergency medical care to patients across all age groups in a fast-paced Emergency Department. Responsibilities include:
Rapid patient assessment and emergency stabilization
Administer medications via oral and IV routes
Perform advanced airway management, including intubation and surgical airway procedures when indicated
Initiate venous access and other advanced life-saving interventions
Respond to medical emergencies using evidence-based protocols
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain patient comfort, safety, dignity, and privacy
Assist with emergency procedures including cardioversion and closed reductions
Participate in education and training opportunities as needed
High School Diploma or GED
Current California Paramedic License
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Certification
AHA ACLS Certification
Valid Driver's License (21 years or older)
Associate or Technical Degree
Three years of full-time 911 system experience
Emergency Vehicle Operator Certification (EVOC)
