What you’ll do

Qualified inbound leads and follow up on warm opportunities from marketing and field techs.

Consult with homeowners, present solutions, and build value around service options and memberships.

Prepare estimates, overcome objections, and close sales with integrity.

Coordinate with dispatch and field teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Track activity and results in our CRM and hit daily/weekly KPIs.
Requirements
What we’re looking for

Must have proven in-home sales experience.

Must have industry experience in HVAC (air & heat).

Strong phone presence, consultative selling skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Clear communicator with solid follow-through and CRM proficiency.
