Job Overview
We are looking for a Retail, Shipping, and Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will handle diverse daily tasks, from helping customers at the counter to packing orders and processing returns.
Responsibilities
- Shipping and Returns: Process domestic and international shipments, manage massive amounts of QR-code Amazon returns, and sort items into correct polybags.
- Print and Document Services: Operate copy and print machines, bind or laminate documents, and print large banners or business cards.
- Postal and Counter Tasks: Rent out mailboxes, sort mail, take passport photos, and occasionally handle notary public duties if certified.
- Box Packing: Custom-pack fragile or awkward items for customers using professional packing guidelines.
Qualifications
- Attitude: Friendly, polite, and helpful when working with customers.
- Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills.
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
