POSITION SUMMARY
Position Summary:
The team leader is responsible for assisting in the direct and indirect care of patients by assisting in the planning, organization and direction of the service. He/she communicates pertinent information to provide optimum patient care. The team leader takes a clinical role on the unit, and assists in developing and monitoring performance improvement issues. Competency and development of staff is a focus that serves to meet the needs of the patient population.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Required Registration/License/Certification
Current Kansas registered nurse license
Current BLS certification (Basic Cardiac Life Support [American Red Cross-CPR for the Professional Rescuer] or Basic Life Support [American Heart Association-Health Care Provider] certification
Location: Salina Regional Health Center · Emergency Department
Schedule: Full Time, Evening Shift, 12-12 rare weekends
