Job Summary: Harvest Equipment Operator
WCI Family Farms has brand new and late-model combines, tractors, and implements to get the job done at a fast pace. With our own storage facilities, equipment, and even our own rail spur we are able to get the crop in fast and get all the ground work completed afterward. The only thing we need is you!
Duties
- Operate agricultural machinery such as combines, tractors, and implements with precision and safety.
- Manage manual handling tasks including lifting, stacking, and transporting harvested crops.
- Conduct routine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of farm equipment using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical knowledge.
- Follow strict safety standards in production environments to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Support farm operations by performing heavy lifting, equipment repairs, and general farm maintenance to keep machinery running smoothly.
