Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Maintenance Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our properties through various landscaping and hardscape tasks. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that all outdoor spaces are well-kept, functional, and visually appealing.

Duties
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to ensure a neat appearance.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks.
- Build and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
- Conduct regular inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
- Dig and prepare soil for planting new vegetation or installing hardscape elements.
- Assist in lawn care activities including fertilization, aeration, and pest control as needed.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to landscaping and maintenance tasks.
- Experience in landscape maintenance practices, including mowing, trimming, and lawn care techniques.
- Knowledge of hardscape construction methods and materials is preferred.
- Ability to dig effectively for planting or installation purposes.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for aesthetics in landscape design.
- Good physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day.
- Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
