Las Vegas Stone & Flooring is seeking a hardworking, dependable, and motivated Tile Helper / Finisher to join our growing team. We specialize in high-end residential and commercial projects, including luxury homes, hotels, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and large-scale commercial developments.
This position is ideal for someone with experience assisting tile installers and performing the finishing details that set our projects apart.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist lead tile installers with the installation of ceramic, porcelain, marble, natural stone, and large-format tile.
- Mix thin set, grout, and other setting materials.
- Cut tile and prepare materials for installation.
- Clean, detail, and finish completed tile installations.
- Perform grouting, caulking, sealing, polishing, and final touch-ups.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools.
- Follow company quality standards and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of tile helper, finisher, or construction experience preferred.
- Experience with grouting, caulking, and finishing work is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and advance within the company.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Dependable, punctual, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.
