About the Role – General Cleaner / Janitorial / Commercial Cleaner
This is a route-based cleaning position focused on disinfection services, restroom sanitation, tile and grout scrubbing, and general commercial cleaning. You will perform a variety of janitorial duties and cleaning tasks in settings like offices, gyms, healthcare facilities, restaurants, and retail spaces.
We are looking to fill TWO Positions. One focuses more on restroom sanitation cleaning toilets, urinals and countertops as well as general commercial cleaning and the other focuses more on deep floor scrubs, tile and grout cleaning, installations and some restroom sanitizing

Position Details
- Route-based role in North San Diego County
- Office location: Mira Mesa – required to check in 1–2 times/week
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Work type: Full-time, active, on-the-go cleaning services role
- Must be able to complete janitorial duties reliably and efficiently

- Valid US driver’s license
- Vehicle Registration
- Valid Vehicle Insurance
- Reliable vehicle (used daily)
- Fluent English (spoken)
- Able to lift 20 lbs throughout the day
- Smartphone with active data plan
Compensation for Janitor / Cleaner / Floor Scrub Technician
We offer clear paths to increasing your pay quickly:
- Training period (first 30 days): $18.00/hour
Total Compensation INCLUDING Gas and Cell Reimbursement:
- Sani Tech: $21.50–$23.50/hour
- Utility / Floor Scrub Technician: $22.50–$25.50/hour
