Peace Mind Body Spirit is a boutique wellness studio opening in Placerville, designed as a sanctuary for complete, soul-centered well-being. Our model blends time-tested practices with modern wellness technology — bringing together Reformer Pilates, infrared heated yoga, and the Harmonic Egg under one peaceful roof.
Our philosophy is simple: we honor what has always worked — mindful movement, breath, and nervous system regulation — and enhance it with modern tools that support the way people live today.
This is more than a studio. It’s an intentional space where clients come to reconnect, strengthen, reset, and restore.
We are currently hiring founding Reformer Pilates instructors to help shape the experience, energy, and community of Peace from the very beginning.
The Role
As a Reformer Pilates Instructor at Peace, you’ll guide clients through thoughtful, well-paced classes that prioritize form, connection, and a deeper mind-body experience.
Our studio is equipped with premium reformers with towers, allowing for a seamless and elevated class experience without constantly transitioning off the machine. We value intentional programming over high-intensity burnout — helping clients build strength, awareness, and confidence over time.

This is not a high-volume, transactional studio model.
We are building a space where:
- Classes are intentional, not rushed
- Clients are supported, not pushed
- Instructors are respected as professionals, not just scheduled
You’ll be part of a studio that integrates:
- Reformer Pilates for strength and alignment
- Infrared yoga for flexibility, recovery, and nervous system support
- The Harmonic Egg® for deep relaxation and reset
Our goal is to support the whole person — and that includes our instructors.
Responsibilities
- Lead safe, engaging Reformer Pilates classes for all levels
- Provide modifications and hands-on guidance when appropriate
- Create a welcoming, grounded, and inclusive environment
- Support clients in building strength, confidence, and body awareness
- Arrive prepared and contribute to a calm, professional studio atmosphere
Qualifications
- Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor
- Strong understanding of anatomy, alignment, and cueing
- Ability to work with beginners through advanced clients
- Grounded, professional, and client-centered presence
- Passion for wellness and a holistic approach to health
