Summary
The Valet Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of parking guest vehicles while delivering exceptional service that exceeds our customer and client's expectations. This includes responding quickly to customers' requests, providing caring interactions with all guests, leadership to other Valet staff and overall support to the Guest Service Manager.
Essential Responsibilities
Maintain clean, neat work environment including all surrounding areas of ramp, valet desk, wheelchairs, parking area, bell carts, bell closet, trash receptacles and ash urns.
Report all accidents, incidents observed, potential hazard, and safety concerns to Guest Services Manager immediately.
