Role Description
- AGC is seeking a Senior Turnover & Maintenance Technician to serve as a key field contributor across our Philadelphia and King of Prussia portfolio.
- This is not a typical maintenance role. The right candidate will operate with independence, professionalism, and ownership—ensuring work is delivered on schedule and at a consistently high standard.
- You will be trusted to manage your daily workflow across multiple sites while maintaining strong communication with property teams.
Responsibilities
- Execute basic apartment upkeep maintenance work during unit turns
- Ensure fixtures, hardware, and appliances are tightened and in proper working condition
- Perform minor replacements and cosmetic repairs (outlet covers, light bulbs, toilet seats, HVAC filters, blinds)
- Complete caulking, adjustments, and light corrective work
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
- Perform quality assurance - identify deficiencies and coordinate corrections as needed
- Maintain organized daily workflow across multiple sites, including end-of-day closeout reporting
- Maintain professional communication with property maintenance and leasing teams as well as partner vendors as necessary
Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of multifamily maintenance or related trade experience
- Relevant certifications or technical training in maintenance is a plus
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues
- Dependable, consistent, organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional communication skills
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between Greater Philadelphia sites

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
