Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Barn Equipment Installer. This is a subcontractor position. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of equipment across various client sites. Your expertise will ensure that all installations meet safety standards and client specifications, delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
Duties
- Install a variety of equipment following detailed schematics and technical instructions, ensuring precise assembly and setup.
- Use power tools and hand tools effectively to assemble, mount, and connect equipment according to safety and quality standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on installed equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Interpret electrical diagrams, ladder logic diagrams
- Perform plumbing connections and mechanical adjustments necessary for proper equipment operation.
- Test installed systems for functionality, safety compliance, and customer satisfaction before project completion.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining system operation, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in field service or as a service technician with a focus on equipment installation or repair.
- Experience with assembly of complex equipment and performing repairs on-site efficiently.
- Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients during installation and maintenance visits.
- Must have your own vehicle, power and hand tools
- Must have insurance
- Must provide thier own workforce
- Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues in the field.
