Optical Assistant/Receptionist
We’re looking for a motivated, outgoing Optical Assistant who loves working with people and has a strong drive to sell. While this position will include other optical department responsibilities, your #1 priority will be creating relationships with our patients and their families to provide the best experience possible!
Responsibilities
- Engage customers and turn opportunities into sales.
- Sell frames, lenses, sunglasses, upgrades, and related products.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and budget.
- Confidently ask for the sale and maximize every opportunity.
- Meet and exceed individual and department sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
- Assist with other optical duties as needed.
We’re Looking For
- Sales-driven, confident, and competitive.
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Comfortable with goals, accountability, and asking for the sale.
- Optical or retail sales experience preferred, but a proven ability to sell is most important.

Pay: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
