Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring that all areas are safe, clean, and well-maintained. This role requires a hands-on individual with experience in using power and hand tools, as well as a passion for landscape maintenance and groundskeeping.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairs, painting, and general upkeep of buildings and grounds.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete various maintenance projects.
- Conduct landscape maintenance such as lawn care, irrigation, and garden upkeep to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the property.
- Assist in groundskeeping activities to ensure a clean and safe environment for all visitors.
- Regularly inspect facilities for safety hazards and report any issues to management promptly.
- Maintain equipment used in maintenance tasks, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Mow greens, fairways, and rough using specialized equipment
- Rake bunkers and maintain sand traps
- Operate trimmers, blowers, and small machinery
- Assist with irrigation systems and watering
- Repair divots, ball marks, and turf damage
- Maintain course cleanliness and appearance
Requirements:
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical stamina (lifting 25–50 lbs, walking long distances)
- Reliable transportation
- Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience (preferred, not always required)
- Willingness to start early (often 5–6 AM shifts)
- Positive attitude
Experience
- Proven experience in maintenance work or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools is essential for completing various tasks effectively.
- Experience in landscape maintenance, including lawn care and irrigation systems, is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of gardening techniques and groundskeeping practices will be an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
