This role is responsible for overseeing the setup, operation, and maintenance of Blow-Fill-Seal (BFS) machines and supporting equipment used in the production of bottled sterile solutions, ensuring all manufacturing operations meet strict quality and safety standards.
Shift Patterns
- Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift 3:00PM to 11:00PM
Pay Rates
Essential requirements for Technical Supervisor
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Proven background working with mechanical systems, industrial equipment, or manufacturing processes.
- Experience with equipment repair, automotive systems, filling operations, or blow molding is highly preferred.
Desirable requirements for Technical Supervisor
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with quality systems, regulatory compliance, documentation practices, and workplace safety programs.

Role responsibilities for Technical Supervisor
- Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of BFS equipment to ensure efficient production.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, QSR, ISO standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production documentation and monitor purified water systems.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50-100 pounds as required.
