Job Overview
We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven sales professional to help grow our presence throughout Florida. This role is centered on developing long-term referral partnerships, focusing on insurance agencies, CPA firms, financial advisors, business consultants, chambers of commerce, and other trusted business professionals who serve small businesses are also targeted for relationship-building.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral partnerships professionals as noted above.
- Meet regularly with referral partners to educate them on Insight Payroll's services and identify opportunities to work together.
- Attend networking events, chamber meetings, business expos, and community events to expand your professional network.
- Generate new business through relationship marketing, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with business owners referred by your network.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using a consultative sales approach.
- Follow up on leads and referrals to provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Represent Insight Payroll with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to helping local businesses succeed.
Qualifications
- Experience in outside sales, business development, payroll, HR, insurance, banking, or professional services is preferred.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable attending networking events and meeting with professionals throughout the community.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
