Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile, reliable, and hands-on Field Support Specialist / General Handyman to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key problem-solver across various job sites, providing general support to ensure our outdoor construction projects run smoothly from start to finish.
This is a dynamic position perfect for someone with a "can-do" attitude who enjoys a variety of tasks and is adaptable to changing day-to-day project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Site Support & Handyman Tasks: Assist with basic hands-on tasks, site preparations, and resolving minor technical or structural issues on-site as they arise.
- Project Turnkey & Cleanup: Help maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. This includes clearing debris, managing leftover materials, and ensuring the final project is spotless and ready for the client.
- Logistics & Material Runs: Drive the company truck to transport tools, materials, or equipment between the shop, suppliers, and active job sites to support subcontractors.
- Ad-Hoc Project Tasks: Perform various flexible, field-related tasks and extracurricular duties as requested by management to keep projects on schedule.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record: Essential, as you will be operating a company vehicle/truck.
- Versatility & Handyman Skills: Experience using basic hand/power tools and a general understanding of construction or field work.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials, work outdoors, and perform manual labor as needed.
- Adaptability: A strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to take on various tasks beyond a fixed checklist.
- Language: Ability to communicate effectively (Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required; our core team speaks Spanish).
