Position Snapshot
Department / Team: Social Media
Areas of Responsibility: Creator interactions, volume of content filmed, creator issues, and creator complaints
Location: Orlando, Florida
Work Sites: Warehouse office, Content House 1, Content House 2, or any other company-approved film location
Travel: To and from company-approved film locations

Why This Role Exists
This position exists to extend a helping hand to our creators when they are filming content — photos, TikToks, skits, higher-production YouTube videos, and anything in between. The Content Coordinator is on-set and in-the-moment support: making sure creators have what they need to produce their best work and stay on a consistent posting rhythm.
What Success Looks Like In 6 Months
Creators are consistently producing content — they are not missing any posting days, and their accounts are growing at a healthy rate.
In 1 Year
Creators have built and stuck to a consistent content-creation routine, and their social media accounts have seen a massive increase in growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Help creators film content for their social media accounts across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Motivate creators in person and give real-time feedback on lighting, posing, and camera presence to help them improve.
- Be reliably available for key filming days and higher-production projects.
- Meet creators at company-approved locations for scheduled film days.
- De-escalate any potential problems or friction between creators on set.
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
- Strong understanding of social media from a creative standpoint — TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Reliable ability to commute to company-approved filming locations in the Orlando area.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relay feedback and constructive criticism in a way creators can actually use.
Nice-to-Haves (Bonus Qualifications)
- Photography skills or experience producing more cinematic, higher-production content.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
