Bartender Requirements
We are seeking a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs (18 kg) and stand for extended periods.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.
- Food Handler and Responsible Alcohol Service certifications are preferred (or as required by local regulations).
Preferred Skills:
- Wine and spirits knowledge.
- Upselling techniques and guest engagement.
- Positive attitude with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining high service standards.
