The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to assist customers. AMS360 management software knowledge is highly recommended. About the role:
- Act as a liaison between clients and insurance companies
- Handle policy change endorsements, renewal processing, and agency billing
- Process claims and assist with audits
- Maintain all documentation for new and renewing business
- Promptly respond to requests for information and documentation, and answer questions about coverage
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare ACORD applications, supplemental applications, loss runs, photos, excel spreadsheets, premium breakdown charts, and other necessary documentation needed for marketing submissions
- Collaborate with underwriters to assess client risks, and negotiate premium/rate changes
- Evaluate, market, and propose coverage for renewals and new business
- Prepare summaries of insurance, statement of values, and annual premium analysis for clients
- Input information into multiple carrier portals to obtain quotes for commercial customers
