We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Insurance Agent to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop strategies for outreach.
- Utilize retail sales techniques to promote various insurance products effectively.
- Handle telemarketing efforts to generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Negotiate policy terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding clients through the application process.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice to clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong background in retail sales or outside sales is advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with benefits administration and related processes is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively.
- Proficient in using technology for client management and communication purposes.
- A valid insurance license may be required depending on state regulations.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
