```Duties```
-Perform primarily off-site teaching at local schools and at the nature center helping run afterschool and other programs
- Be enthusiastic about animal behavior and sciences and willing to present small exotic animals
- Able to lead /co-lead educational programs and interpretive hikes at Nature Center
- Help to develop and implement environmental education curriculum especially for early childhood audiences
- Able to assist with the care and maintenance of live animal exhibits
- Provide excellent customer service to visitors
- Maintain accurate records and reports
```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Environmental Science, Ecology, Biology or related field
- Willingness to educate the community on local flora and fauna
-Experience leading educational programs, with the ability to meaningfully communicate
to early childhood learners as too an adult audience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for conservation and environmental stewardship
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred (annual certification provided)
