Essential Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Research
- Support identification, research, and tracking of prospective clients and opportunities
- Maintain and update new business pipelines and databases
- Assist in identifying potential projects and opportunities more than 60+ days out
- Conduct market and industry research to inform outreach strategies
Outreach & Relationship Support
- Assist in outreach efforts to prospective clients and partners
- Support relationship-building initiatives across capabilities
- Coordinate follow-ups and communication with leads
- Help track engagement and provide updates on opportunity status
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of marketing and sales materials
- Support brand awareness initiatives in collaboration with PR and social media teams
- Help coordinate participation in networking events and industry engagements
- Track and report on new business activity and pipeline progress
- Contribute insights and feedback to improve internal processes and win rates
- Support leadership in executing strategic marketing and growth initiatives
- Assist in identifying potential partnership or growth opportunities
- Assist in engagement with sister companies in identifying potential growth opportunities
Qualifications:
Required:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset
Preferred:
- Interest in business development, marketing, or partnerships
- Familiarity with agency, brand, or experiential environments
- Proficiency in AI platforms
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
