We're looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined individual to take ownership of our shop, fleet, trailers, tools, and equipment. This hands-on role is critical to keeping our construction and restoration crews productive by ensuring everything is maintained, organized, repaired, and ready for the next job.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on company trucks, trailers, and equipment.
- Complete oil changes, tire rotations, greasing, filter changes, and other routine maintenance.
- Perform minor mechanical and small-engine repairs.
- Maintain maintenance records and identify repairs before equipment failures occur.
- Transport trailers, equipment, and materials to and from jobsites.
- Empty dump trailers and assist with material hauling.
- Clean, inspect, and prepare restoration equipment after each use.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Maintain company tools and ensure they are organized, repaired, and job-ready.
- Assist crews with loading, unloading, and preparing equipment for upcoming projects.
- Coordinate larger repairs with outside vendors when needed.
Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and experience performing basic vehicle or equipment maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete minor repairs independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience towing trailers is required.
- Forklift, skid loader, or CDL experience is a plus, but not required.
