We are looking for a fast, accurate, and proactive individual who is comfortable managing a high volume of work under tight timelines, while maintaining an exceptional degree of attention to detail and discretion.
What You Will Doing:
- Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls, providing friendly, professional, and transparent communication regarding service and warranty requests.
- Scheduling & Dispatch: Manage daily service dispatch, efficiently routing field electricians to maximize productivity while resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Warranty Lifecycle: Oversee warranty claims from initial inquiry through resolution, ensuring accurate documentation, tracking, and follow-through.
- CRM Management: Keep customer profiles, service tickets, and warranty records meticulously updated in the company's CRM software.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with internal field supervisors, technicians, and finance teams to ensure jobs are completed to MD Electric standards.
What We Are Looking For (Skills & Qualifications)
- Proven experience in client services, warranty coordination, or dispatching within a service-oriented or construction environment.
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms and scheduling/dispatch software.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities, with the capacity to juggle inbound calls, scheduling, and paperwork simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to handle customer escalations calmly and professionally.
- Analytical mindset to interpret customer data and help improve overall satisfaction and efficiency.
