At North Valley Vein Specialists, we're Arizona's only IAC-accredited vein center, home to a 10-time Ranking Arizona Top Vein Surgeon, and we take our patients' vascular health very seriously. Our front office? That's where the magic starts — and we need someone who brings the energy to match.
What You'll Be Doing:
You're the first face patients see and the last voice they hear. In this role, you'll check patients in and out, manage scheduling, verify insurance, collect co-pays, answer phones, and make sure every person who walks through our door feels like they're in the right hands — because they are. And when the clinical side needs an extra set of hands? You're ready to roll.
You're Our Person If You:
- Completed an accredited Medical Assisting program (required)
- Have at least 1 year of front office or medical assistant experience (specialty clinic experience is a big plus)
- Are comfortable floating to clinical support duties when the team needs you
- Know your way around EMR systems and insurance verification
- Can multitask without losing your cool or your smile
- Treat every patient like a person — not a chart number
- Are reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoy helping people
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in a vascular, vein, or procedural specialty setting
- Familiarity with prior authorizations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
