Navigate Naples is a boutique vacation rental and property management company serving Naples, Florida. We are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while caring for beautiful homes throughout the area.
The Quality Manager plays a critical role in ensuring every home is ready for arriving guests. You will be responsible for conducting pre-arrival property inspections, verifying cleaning and preparation standards, identifying issues before guests arrive, and coordinating with the operations and guest services teams to resolve any concerns quickly or provide any specific requests to help ensure an amazing stay for our guests.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, accountability, and a commitment to creating outstanding guest experiences.
Note: Minimum 12 hours/week, inspections to cover Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Responsibilities
Property Inspections & Quality Assurance
- Conduct walkthrough inspections of vacation rental properties prior to guest arrivals
- Verify that homes meet Navigate Naples quality standards
- Confirm properties have been properly cleaned and prepared
- Ensure key guest amenities and supplies are stocked and available
- Complete inspection checklists accurately and consistently
- Identify and document maintenance, cleaning, inventory, or presentation issues
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate inspection findings promptly with operations, maintenance, housekeeping, and guest services teams
- Escalate urgent issues that could impact guest arrivals
- Help coordinate resolution of identified issues prior to check-in
- Provide clear updates and documentation through company communication tools
Guest Experience Support
- Serve as a final quality checkpoint before guests arrive
- Maintain a guest-first mindset in all decisions
- Help ensure every property reflects Navigate Naples' standards for cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality
- Verify that homes meet Navigate Naples quality standards

Experience
Required
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties throughout Naples
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Professional, positive attitude
- Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic technology
- Ability to follow processes, checklists, and standard operating procedures
- Willingness to be flexible as schedules vary based on guest arrivals and occupancy
Preferred (Not Required)
- Hospitality, vacation rental, hotel, customer service, cleaning services, property management, or quality assurance experience
- Experience using communication tools such as Slack, Teams, or similar platforms
- Experience conducting inspections or working with checklists and quality standards
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
