As our Collision Center continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Collision Center Paint Technician to join our team in our newly renovated, state-of-the-art facility in York, PA. As a Collision Center Paint Technician, you'll perform all phases of the automotive refinishing process while ensuring every repaired vehicle is restored to manufacturer specifications and dealership quality standards.

Prepare vehicle panels and surfaces for refinishing
-
Sand, mask, prime, seal, and refinish repaired vehicles
-
Mix and match paint using computerized mixing systems and manufacturer formulas
-
Apply primers, base coats, clear coats, and specialty finishes
-
Blend adjacent panels for seamless color matching
-
Operate spray guns, paint booths, prep stations, and refinishing equipment
-
Inspect finished repairs for color match, gloss, texture, coverage, and overall quality
-
Perform quality control inspections and correct imperfections as needed
-
Maintain paint equipment, spray guns, booths, and work areas
-
Follow OEM repair procedures, ICAR standards, and all environmental and safety regulations

Collaborate with estimators, body technicians, detail technicians, and management to ensure timely, highquality repairs

Treat every customer's vehicle with professionalism and care

Minimum 2 years of automotive collision paint/refinishing experience preferred

Experience with paint mixing, color matching, blending, and refinishing techniques

Experience using computerized paint mixing systems

Knowledge of OEM repair procedures

ICAR Certification preferred

ASE Refinish Certification preferred

Paint Manufacturer Certifications are a plus

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
