Job Summary
We are hiring a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our 2000㎡ US local warehouse and support our New York remote warehouse management.
This role focuses on small & medium parcel full-cycle logistics, including inventory management, WMS/ERP system operation, daily vehicle dispatch, and nationwide US fulfillment. You will lead a small local warehouse team of 6 people and travel to New York quarterly for cross-site coordination.

Responsibilities
· Manage daily operations of 2000㎡ local US warehouse, ensure smooth, standardized warehouse workflows
· Oversee full parcel fulfillment process: order processing, picking, packing, outbound shipping and tracking
· Operate WMS, ERP and warehouse management systems accurately, maintain clean and correct inventory data
· Conduct regular stock count and inventory reconciliation, control loss and logistics cost
· Lead and manage a 6-person warehouse team, assign daily tasks, supervise on-site work and improve team efficiency
· Arrange daily delivery vehicles and optimize dispatch schedules for US nationwide shipping
· Support New York remote warehouse management and complete quarterly New York business trips
· Collaborate closely with China supply chain and e-commerce teams to sync inventory, shipment and operation updates
· Ensure full compliance with US workplace safety and warehouse operational regulations
· Continuously optimize warehouse processes and daily operation efficiency
Requirements
· Fluent in Mandarin (required) — daily Chinese workflow & China team communication
· Basic to mid-level warehouse supervisory experience, familiar with parcel warehousing and shipping operations
· Proficient with WMS, ERP and common warehouse software systems
· Responsible, detail-oriented, self-driven, able to manage on-site work and small teams
· Able to travel to New York quarterly as required
· Stable work attitude, willing to learn and grow with the team
