Match customers to the right vehicle based on their needs, budget, and driving habits
Present and demonstrate vehicle features with confidence and product knowledge
Manage the full sales process from first introduction through vehicle delivery
Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through consistent follow-up and outreach
Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership performance goals
Stay current on inventory, pricing, and available incentives to answer questions accurately
Complete all required paperwork correctly and in line with dealership procedures
Coordinate with finance and sales team members to deliver a smooth customer experience
Prior sales experience preferred; automotive background is not required
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-starter who holds themselves accountable to goals without close supervision
Well-organized with reliable follow-through on commitments
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must pass a background check and drug screening
