Tool Kitting / Warehouse Associate
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tool Kitting / Warehouse Associate. This position is responsible for assembling and organizing tool kits, maintaining inventory accuracy, and assisting with shipping and receiving operations as needed.
Responsibilities
· Assemble and organize tool kits according to company specifications
· Identify and handle basic hand tools and accessories (e.g., bits, sockets, wrenches, drivers).
· Verify kit contents against BOM before shipment
· Maintain clean and organized work areas
· Assist with inventory counts and stock organization
· Support shipping and receiving operations when needed
· Load, unload, and move materials safely throughout the warehouse
· Operate warehouse equipment and forklifts when required
Qualifications
· Basic knowledge of hand tools and tool components preferred
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
· Shipping and receiving experience are a plus
· Forklift experience or certification preferred; onsite certification available
· Ability to safely lift and move materials
· Some heavy lifting may be required
Preferred Skills
· Familiarity with warehouse operations
· Experience using inventory or shipping systems
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
This is a hands-on role that requires lifting, moving, and being on your feet. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys organized work, takes pride in accuracy, and is comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
